One of the beauties of Spine Strong is in its simplicity. We believe that by reducing the complications involved in receiving care for your back issues, you can focus on what really matters…getting better! This is why we have created a basic, no-nonsense fee structure. You have the option to pay visit-by-visit, or for the entire program in full at a discounted rate. All fees are due prior to, or at the time of your appointment. Insurance billing is for reimbursement purposes only.

The 20 Visit Spine Strong Program – $1500.00
Prepay and receive $150.00 discount – $1350.00
The Spine Strong Program consists of 20 total visits. If you choose to pay on a visit-by-visit basis, payments are due prior to, or at the time of the visit and follow the fee schedule below:
- The Initial Evaluation (visit 1) - $75.00
- Spinal Strength, Endurance and Flexibility Testing (visit 2) - $75.00
- Rehabilitation Sessions (visits 3-10) - $75.00 per session (performed in 8 session segments)
- Re-evaluation Testing (visit 11) - $75.00 (performed at the conclusion of each 8 session rehabilitation segment)
- Rehabilitation Sessions (visits 12-19) – $75.00 per session
- Final or Re-Evaluation Testing (visit 20) – $75.00
Health Insurance
All fees are due prior to or at the time of your appointment. However, if you would like to utilize your health insurance for our services, we can provide you with an email receipt so that you can bill your carrier directly. We can also place you in contact with an insurance billing company that can assist with obtaining your reimbursements. Please contact us for more information.
